How to get help with Scheduler.

We're here to help you get the most out of Scheduler. There are several ways to reach our support team.

The fastest way to get help is through our live chat. Look for the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of your screen.

Our team typically responds within a few minutes during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm GMT).

We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours on business days.

What to Include in Your Support Request

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

  • Your Zoho CRM organisation name
  • A description of the issue you're experiencing
  • Any error messages you've seen
  • Screenshots if applicable
  • The workflow name (if the issue is workflow-specific)
